Lord of the Rings Forum

Hello there! I have always been a bigger fan of the LOTR trilogy and I've just read LOTR fanfics such as In All the Ways There Were and For the Love of the Lord of the White Tree. And I found them really cool. The second one was captivating. I came across some other fanfics but they were poor, uninteresting. Can any of you suggest some good fanfics that are worth to read?

Hi. I'm not a fan of fanfics, but there are 2 good ones I think: Northern Secrets and Building ithilien.

The Last Argument of Kings is really worth reading. Like Avis, I was not fanfic fan, but I found out that some of them can be interesting. This one is an alternate-history AU where Sauron’s victory branches the timeline.
