I have a suggestion for the forum

I am glad that the forum is open again. I am a new member of the forum. I have a suggestion to change the logo and sections and the forum theme. I have a nice middle earth forum theme. If the admins want, I can upload that theme to the forum and diversify the forum sections more. I want this because the general appearance of the forum greatly affects people becoming members. It needs some changes to have more members. Please respond if you find it appropriate, thank you.
