I found the "Ancient Obelisk" at 29.5S, 45.8W in the Woodsedge Ruins.

Confirmed that this obelisk does trigger the History of the Dúnedain deed.
The coordinates listed in older guides appear to be outdated.

Good find. I wonder if the devs accidentally shifted it during a recent landscape polish update. I'll see if I can get the lotro-wiki updated with your new coords so fewer people get confused.
