| I am 20 and I really can't choose between Harry Potter and Lotr books. I love them all very much and I think you can compare the two of them cause they are very different. As for the movies, Harry Potter was awefull, while Lord of the rings movie was great!!! |

I'd have to say that I like LOTR better than Harry Potter. But don't get me wrong! I still like Harry Potter, just not as much as LOTR.    |

| hmm i love then both , lotr is more complex and harder to understand while harry potter is easier to read , i love them both |

| I am a HUGE fan of Harry Potter, probably one of the biggest fans you can meet, but I'm 14 and like the Lord of the Rings more and I haven't even read all the books. |

I'm only 14 and understand plus love the books just as much as someone twice my age! Compared to Harry Potter (which I also love alot) LOTR has to be better.  |

I´m 11 (in two days 12) and I understand i think a lot of meanings of LOTR. When finished watching films and reading those books, my dad asked, which is better: HP, or LOTR. Of course I said LOTR!!!  |
