| On all the extended versions of LOTR, are they actually all the deleted scenes that were cut from the released films on the big screen? |

| Yes. They need to keep the 3 theatrical movie to run not over 3 hours. Therefore those scenes that was shown in the extended versions are the one need to be edited (aka 'cut') in the theatrical versions. |
